Extract sticky bit from the k least-significant bits of a value.

Returns 0/1 (in LSB) indicating whether any of the k least-significant bits of lo are set to 1.

§Parameters

  • lo: Input value
  • k: Number of LSBs to check (must be k < 64)

§Returns

0/1 value: 1 if any of k LSBs are set, 0 otherwise
