Struct GlobalAllocator 

pub struct GlobalAllocator;

An Allocator that hands out ordinary heap-allocated Vecs.

The non-pooling counterpart to &BufferPool: every alloc is a plain Vec::with_capacity, and each buffer is freed to the global allocator on drop.
