A univariate polynomial in Lagrange basis.
The coefficient at position i
in the lagrange_coeffs
corresponds to evaluation
at i+zeros_prefix_len
-th field element of some agreed upon domain. Coefficients
at positions 0..zeros_prefix_len
are zero. Addition of Lagrange basis representations
only makes sense for the polynomials in the same domain.
